I can't really say it is. Some gamemodes are but jartex hosts giveaways a lot, events and payouts for vote top. I have decent ranks on almost every mode and I did not pay for them. It's mostly play to win.

bedwars is p2w because you get more coins/hugher chance to get brains which can help you with upgrading talents...
