You might have disabled clan trophy contributor
If you have already checked that then clan leader has an override setting which can disable it too
so you might want to check with clan leader or commanders.

Even if it is bugged theres really no need to invite staff that too jrmods and trials
Instead create a bug report

we are human beings as well, can't be everywhere and answer at any time but we're trying
