Allow Tenor gifs for media embed. I found that you can't embed tenor gifs in the media embed.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

• Letting users share gifs throughout the forums would overall decrease the visibility of certain threads, as there would be a chance that users could spam these gifs, making it difficult for the readers to properly look at a thread.
