Adding a chat cooldow on Skywars​

Description:

Just like on other gamemodes, there will be a chat cooldown, normal players have to wait 3 seconds before talking and ranked players with ranks can bypass that.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will surely stop people who like to spam and ranked people are less likely to spam the chat.​

Instead of 3 second waiting, you should mute players who spams in the chat. Mute them for some minutes or one hour.
