Add skin plugin​

Description:

Change skin plugin allows normal players to change their skins by simple command so normal players with cracked minecraft can use skin .​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will make the view of lobby much more beautiful I mean by this plugin we no longer see players Steve and Alex​

2. /skin is actually already there, they just don't want to give you perms
3. /skin allows easier changing skins into inappropriate skins
4. stebe and alecks are smegxy idk why you dont like them

This is only beneficial towards Cracked players, and it may also increase the efficiency of changing skins but that's not done that often since there is not much need to consistently change skin.
