Add Flood Option In Chat Reports​

Description:

As I was doing chat reports I realized there is no flood in chat reports, it should be added in Chat Reports because there is a rule called Flooding.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

By adding this people will be able to report them on forums for flooding.​
