Add auto placement in hotbar​

Description:

Add a option to auto place the things you buy in your hot bar where u want them to be cause I usually have blocks in 2 but there's always iron or gold there it's quite annoying​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will improve GamePlay​
