Solved Global Accounts being stolen and banned

A few minutes ago I got an urgent message from a friend about a person private messaging him a server that he claims is his and inviting them to join it and after joining and leaving the server, when they join back into jartex server, theyre account is already logged in the server or banned. Now I dont have much information about this but since this is leading to accounts getting hacked and banned, it is absolutely outrages and sad for the people suffering to have loose their account and progress in the server.

now according to the photo that my friend sent, it was the player "Steqmzy_" that sent him the server details, after seing this i quickly went over to Jartex Forums to report but then I saw this comment which was commented to "JustThiemo" profile account

its the same player that was in the screenshot that my friend took. But as you can see this player is reporting that his account got hacked and stolen too. Now this is just a theory but it could be that a particular individual is hacking a players account and using that account to get to another account and getting them suspended and such.

Now here you can see the ban page of my friend and also a reason with a link, and it says "[SBD]Advertising" which means my friend advertised in SBD, according to my friend, he said that he wasnt in SBD at all and that he was in prisons all along.
I checked the link which is " imgur.com./a/q1vVRvA "

Now this is what the link leads to my friend " The_Killer_Ray " advertising in the sbd server to join the same server ip that the other player "Steqmzy" has sent.

please help us, this is all the information i could get.

First: your friend has to appeal no matter if it is false ban
Second: he should make an password reset request I think, or this as Xasmedy said

Well if they don’t join any random server, they will be fine. Staff can’t do anything against those ‘hackers’ because it’s a cracked server. We can only ban them if we see them advertising or if they get reported.

Your friends should as is stated above; appeal their bans, make a password reset request. And this is very important; change their passwords, because they are open to the public. This however means if they use the same password for anything else, they should change that as wel.
