Solved Account name issues

Hello, i have an issue with the name of my account that does not let me join the server at all.
The issues is that my name in the times i used a cracked account my name was gamer15260 but when i got my account (fairly recently, about 2-3 months ago) i named it Gamer15260, and it means that i cannot join the server cause 1 letter. I hope this can be fixed so i can join it again.

Hey!

Looks like someone using a cracked account already yoinked your ign and registered it on our server!

No point asking whether their account will be wiped, Staff won't do it.
What I suggest is either waiting 30 days to change your IGN for your premium account, and play on a cracked account until that day comes, or you can play on a cracked launcher whenever you want to play on Jartex.

again, its not letting me, i physically CANNOT change it to that specific name, every other one works that hasnt been created yet but that one in specific doesnt.

also i still have the account access (inclusing the password cuz i myself made it) and i was able to login to it (and i guess that isnt good enough of a confirmation in this server that i own it)

Your IGN is Gamer15260, and a cracked user already logged into Jartex with that username. What im suggesting is, wait until you can change your name, maybe change it to Gamer1526000 or something, and then you should be able to login to Jartex then.

Either change your premium account name to the one the server asks you to, or use a cracked account with that name.
