Abusing Factions Shield

I found lovely's base and I discovered That they are shield abusing. As you can see on the picture below they have their Base claim. The problem is that it is surrounded by an alt faction and only has 1 member. Lovely's shield is 6pm to 6am while the "alt fac" is 6pm to 6am. I have proofs but I can't insert them here I don't know why. Please response to this Thread - MarkTzyToh
