about the toast situation

recently it has come to my attention that staff are trying to cover up the fact that toast was blatantly crossteaming but never got any punishment, and apparently crossteaming is allowed, so quick question why was one of my friends banned for crossteaming if it was allowed in the bridge?
Answer truthfully and dont hit me with the "you are trying to start drama" or simply locking/deleting my thread.

Cross-teaming in TheBridge is Disallowed,
Nobody said it was allowed And I already got warned for my mistake, The punishment of your friend was valid.
