Does Armor really matter in taking knockback in bedwars?, because I myself experienced that diamond Armor player don't take much knockback. Or is it just that the server knockback is always random?

High ping delays KB
High CPS somehow reduces KB
The way you move affects how you will take KB

I don't want to sound rude but maybe you're not sprint cancelling properly.

If you do sprint hit then you will get a high knock back.
