Description:

To have a message notification where they do /notification and to know about the new update or what happened after the reboot because sometimes someone ask what's new or is there a rollback. also in that notification the thing that might be getting release will be put there ​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

this makes jartex more reasonable to play because people doesn't need to guess about what's new what happening or what's going on​
