A 3) -Currently the only way to get it is to have god/immortal rank, or get it from them. (Not many people have those ranks)

I believe Gunfire himself personally don't like to make it completely pay to win, that's why he added some commands for free in vote crates.

Just to let you guys know Almost all servers are Pay to Win because the owner and some staff need money to pay for dominco pizza.
