What is the suggestion about?

A voting reminder on suggestions forums and Adding Neutral button.​

Description:

#1. On suggestions sub-forums, you can upvote/downvote by clicking the arrows next to the suggestion.​

But most people won't really upvote/downvote, even though they write ''I'm upvoting/downvoting this suggestion'' in comments.​

So this suggestion is about adding a ''reminder'' in suggestions forums so that people won't forget to actually upvote/downvote.​

#2. Adding a neutral button to the suggestion sub-forums seems cool for me. What are your thoughts?​

• Although your point got across, users aren't forced to click the downvote, nor the upvote button, they can feel free to do so if they'd like. Therefore implementing a feature that prevents them from leaving the page without upvoting/downvoting would not help on their forums experience.
