A STAFF MEMBER TO SPECTATE GAMES IF THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO USE HACKS OR OTHER ILLEGAL WAY OF PLAYING A GAME​

Description:

I would like to introduce a new type of staff member who could help analyze or observe a player in game if somone reports him on the base that he was using hacks or other non-legal way of playing.
BUT In order to assign or have this kind of staff we need a command called /report which was introduced by a player. This could help people to call in a staff and report the player..and the staff could observe the hacker and check his manner in order to know if he is hacking.
I KNOW THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF CONS TO THIS,BUT I HAVE SOLUTION FOR ALL
IF U ARE READING THIS AND HAVE A DOUBT U CAN REPLY AND I WILL GIVE U THE SOLUTION TO IT.
I AM NOT WRITING MORE ABOUT THIS BUT IF U ARE READING THIS AND HAVE A CLARIFICATION GO AHEAD AND TYPE IT OUT TO ME OR MY DISCORD Banvade#7869 and i will reply.
i wanted to write all the pros and cons but it would be long and boring , if u comment your doubt i could rectify it.
