A PROBLEM WITH PRISON KITS AND RANKS

I had 100 votes so i used them and bought 1000 iron currency with that i bought a PERMANENT thug rank from/goldshop i had a seasonal criminal rank but it was seasonal so i thought if i redeem permanent thug rank i will get access to thug kits but i redeemed it and I am still unable to use Thug kits chat msg pops up saying you don't have problem

You can't redeem lower rank perks, but you can get your thug perks once next season arrives.

You can't get higher rank kit than ur rank, and it's seasonal u can only use PvP kit only

Yea I know, what he means is why he didn't get to redeem the Thug kits in/kits even though he has redeemed a perm thug voucher, and I said he has a Ssnl crim and he can't get a kit lower than his current rank.
