A guy glitched into my obsidian base with an ender pearl, is that allowed?

There is this guy vilhoo who used a tnt cannon or a sand cannon who glitched my water then glitched inside my base, is that allowed?

No it is not allowed to bug abuse or glitch into peoples bases, you may report the player but only if you have valid proof like FutureBlank stated above. If you do not have proof of this happening the player cannot be punished.

if you witness a person using a glitch PURPOSELY (not an accidental glitch) then it's not allowed it's a result of a ban for 1-2 weeks, and whoever associated with them during that moment of the glitch gets a punishment for association.
