Hello guys do you know how I can get ink sack on prison?

Hey adlan2001,
Unfortunately, you cannot get ink sack on prisons. If it is not in the store, most items are impossible to get. However, try fishing! It is extremely hard because you get a lot less fish/treasure than usual, but give it a shot! You could maybe get lucky and pull out some ink sack from the water. All you have to do is create a small pool in your plot and craft a fishing rod or obtain one from /kit starter --> pvp. Make sure that the pool can reach the sun and is not indoors.
