1.9+ PvP Mode should be added in Practice Gamemode​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Many people who play 1.9 - 1.21.x doesn't have any practice in jartex because in 1.9 - 1.21.x you can't spam pvp as there are damage ticks​

-1 After devs transferred the Jartex PracticePvP ranks to pika, I don't think they'd introduce it again be it any version.
