    I have question why s60 become s30 ? beacuse i waste money for s30 with proc 20 but 7 days cd ? its not worth it for 10 Eur im really disappointed beacuse if you wanna nerf some stuff its Santa armor its so Op 20+ DMG. if i just know s60 will become s30 i will not buy it.
