    Hey my application to change my pass got rejected, can I send a video proving that I own that premium account? I do not have static Ip available on my modem that's why I can't really have the same Ip everytime. Attaching Link to a video to prove that I own this account. Thanks!

    Hi, owning a premium account with the same name is simply not enough proof. You have to be the one who registered the concerning username on the network, not just the one who owns the premium account with the same name. If your password reset request was denied and you have no sufficient proof of the account belonging to you (of you being the person who registered that account), nobody can help you with that.

    Then what other way do I have, the only way possible is having the same IP, but as I mentioned before....I am not able to configure a static IP on my router :/

    Hi, you rejected my request to change the password, now I am not in the city of registration and I cannot find out the ip from which I registered, I know exactly the place where the registration was, and I can name this place if it helps.

    I think if you do not have the actual IP of the original location, it may be hard to prove that you own the account unless you try proving with another method such as accessing on another server if your account is premium otherwise I see few to none other methods of verification that could help you with your issue
