However, I believe that by adding it to the scoreboard, it will give newer members of the server, who might not know about the command, a chance to take full advantage of the boosters - and also take less time to check for any boosters in general.

It's an IP ban, which means that every account associated with that IP will be banned from the server.

I don't think its a good idea changing the gamemode. In my opinion, creative does need an update, however adding this game "build battle" may be a new and good addition to Jartex and i will also love to see that added (please make a suggestion about it with more information) As for the creative...
