If Drugs are getting added, then,

Make it so that once its consumed, it will give both useful potion effects as well as nasty side effects. The good potion effects of a Drug can be similar to a gapple(Both Notch/Normal depending on the drug) with an additional unique potion effect like for Meth only, you will get resistance along with a side effect of blindness, and for Cocaine, you will receive incredible speed effect but with a side effect of nausea.

Make drugs as a balanced alternative to a gapple and can also be used in factions and SkyBlock.
This means gapples must be removed/or made incredibly rare and the prices of a drug must be expensive(also make it so that we can grow plants and cook drugs, so the seeds of the plants must be expensive).

Quests are another thing I want to see and rewards for each quests can be scrolls, high amount of tokens, good CE or even Drugs. Quests should also be really challenging and time taking to complete and the rewards given must be worth it according to the level of the quest.

And also Gangs, please! I don't need to mention anything about this xD.

And another thing I want is guns & ammos, not a lot, but just a few like a basic pistol, AK47, revolver, and this means a custom server texture pack for the guns too( to make the weapons look like guns). This will make it look like a prison themed gamemode with criminals in them.

Make cloud 9 where you can get 30 seconds of invincibility.

Also make a npc where you can buy drugs from him/her but if the guards standing near the npc see you doing the drug deal you go into solitary confinement for 5/30 minutes.

Plz add some commands like "autosell" which allows players to not worry about inventory spaces XD. Or just add a command like "/sellall" to prevent going to the merchant every time we need to sell blocks/ores(which the merchant is very hard to find.....For me...).

Make kit vouchers/voucher crate which give you a random kit from all the ranks from prison. That would be fun XD

Yes, everything will be deleted except donor ranks or gkits
