Yeah I forgot to mention, I have a little better PC, with fps set to vsync (in Minecraft) so it's always 60 or 75 I forgot

Whaaaat really that much , sometimes it even INCREASES my fps... However that might be due to client ¯\(°_o)/¯

60-75 its not a lot..
i use the pack and as i said it makes my fps cry
but the settings and relosution settings (1028:720p 16:9 ratio) and texture pack that i use (tighfault revamp) really helps me on fps from 40-60 to 60-600

No no no, I know 60-75 is not a lot, I locked it to 75 because my monitor is 75hz max, no need to be 2k as it can be
