Scammed money.

Okay, I didn't know where to put this, so I decided to put it in off-topic. As I've provided proof previously on this case of me getting scammed for 100k (kitpvp), I haven't got any information on it whatsoever. I've messaged a staff member that replied to my post, but he hasn't replied in a little while. I didn't think much of it, and waited for a reply. I knew, he must get flooded with messages, and I thought, sooner or later he'd get to mine. That never happened.
(The scammer was already banned, when I submitted my report).

I'm just wondering, if any staff is, or will read this, is it possible for me to get my ingame money back, as it is a lot of money for kitpvp.
I suppose I won't get it back, because ''my fault for getting scammed'' but that is just unreasonable. Getting scammed, and nobody can do anything about the scammed items / ingame money. My opinion is, anything that gets scammed, should be refunded to the scammed player. But that's just my opinion.
Anyone other that staff, y'all can say your own opinion about this thread, do as you wish.
