How do i get reaction score and what is it

Reaction score depends on the number of reactions you get from others. Positive emojis gives you +1/+2 reaction score, while negative ones give you -1/-2 reaction score. It's really simple. When people react to your thread, (like I reacted your post above with LIKE) your reaction score should increase. Although it works like a fancy thing, it doesn't affect your staff application (if you are here to apply).
