In order to obtain a 2x booster, is to either have a Diamond rank (afaik it gives you a booster) or /buy one yourself. There is no such thing like that. However, you gave me a very cool idea which will remain "hidden" and suggested at JustThiemo . Or you can either wait for a Mini-Games event. (Summer time, Xmas, etc.)​
