How to Use "BetterFPS" Mod with Tlauncher?

I wanna use "BetterFPS" Mod for my tlauncher on my laptop. Help me out with steps of how to send me a recording of u doing that if u can

1. Download forge
2. Download BetterFPS mod (forge)
3. Now in windows search run, and type %appdata% in it

4. Go to .minecraft then mods. If you cant find a folder called 'mods' then you have to make it.
5. Keep the BetterFPS mod in the mods folder
Now open forge with your tlauncher

If you want better fps, I suggest using lunar client. It drastically improved mine
