Enchantment Orb not working

I put an enchantment orb (that I paid 40 million for) on my sword and after one enchantment the orbs effect disappeared. I thought the orb was supposed to allow you to get a lot more enchants. Is this a glitch?

Ok, i would say if you encounter this bug again or if anyone else does make sure to take screenshots and get proof of it so it won't happen again.
I strongly believe you cant get it back because of an insufficient amount of proof that you had it.
