Banned for no reason (phasen)

Hey good afternoon, my ign is PooierKonijn

i was just minding my own buisness and i got send back to spawn without doing anything said something about phasing i dont even know what phasing is im just a casual player its a big disaster i have played the past 3/4 years in this server (only factions) with my buddy i also got kicked in other things from the server but i never went there (thigns other than factions) please could you guys fix this i saved up alot of money to finally buy some decent stuff around 3000000 and got kicked now for no reason please waiting for a fix, hope to hear soon
