speed check was disabled on reset cause people with speed 3 would get kicked. Fix or i go brrr on ya'lls server

It was 6h until I see online staff and told him that there is a hacker , but usuallyit is for an entire day , also it id the same hacker with different names , cause every time I ban him , he msgs me that he will kill me with another account
