Survival mode has been completely DEAD for two whole seasons. The number of players has dropped drastically, and I understand this is harming you as well, because nobody wants to invest money in a game mode with so few people. I won't go into more detail about the problems and will instead offer my solutions:
Less pay-to-win content
Nobody wants to grind in an overly pay-to-win game mode because it makes the game extremely unfair and difficult. I'm not saying remove pay-to-win entirely, of course, just avoid adding overly overpowered items sold for money and give people a little more room to grind.
Put in a little more effort to fix the bugs
Some bugs significantly affect gameplay and can sometimes ruin the enjoyment of the game; however, these bugs can be easily fixed with a little effort.
Survival specific events
Small, survival-specific events can play a big role in keeping the community active and significantly increase player numbers. The build event on Pika Network Survival is a good example of this; a similar event could be held on Jartex, and I'm sure it would attract a lot of participants.
Clans
Interestingly, one of the biggest factors keeping survival active is clans. These small structures formed by players develop amongst themselves, set goals for themselves, and greatly increase activity. My observation is that the clan missions and clan effects that gave all clan members special effects in previous seasons were quite satisfying for players. Bringing these back to the server would surely bring back old players and significantly increase activity.
Better PvP
Although the PvP arena might seem like an insignificant detail, a large portion of players play survival solely for PvP. Adding features like bosses for PvP would appeal to many players.
better grinding system
The levels system could be improved and the rewards made better. This includes shops; player shops are a major factor in survival, and players really enjoy setting up and shopping in them. Bringing back the /shop command is a great option so people can find the items they're looking for quickly and the economy improves. Adding a mechanic where you earn money by killing mobs would also be a simple and fun feature.
I've been playing Survival since 2023, but I'm one of those who quit Survival and Jartex in the last two seasons. I have to admit, compared to the last three years, these two seasons were a disaster for Survival. Not only did activity drop, but the number of people investing money in the game also decreased significantly. There are many more things that can be done besides these, but even these should be enough to revive the server. I hope you will take this thread seriously, best regards... -monoxx413
