Implementation of monthly vote top rewards​

Suggestion Details:

I suggest that Jartex Network implements a monthly reward system for the top voters of the month.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

I’ve noticed the player count has been a bit low from past few months.Since voting directly impacts where the server appears in the rankings of the top minecraft server list. Then the visibility of the server would be more. This could improve the player count in the server too. By establishing top vote reward system the votes would be consistent and more since more player would be voting. This would increase the player engagement in the server too. Players would vote more to be on leaderboard and this thing can help in improving the rankings of the server.​

Extra Information:

By doing this we can get more player count. Every player can not afford the any irl money items or ranks in the server . Implementing voting top can be useful and more players vote for the rewards. Like previously jartex network gave away gold to top voters, it should be back now to improve community engagement.​

The reward system can be structured as the top voters would recieve gold/iron/ seasonal key.​

Top 1 ) 4000 gold and 2 seasonal key ( any gamemode).​

Top 2 ) 3000 gold and 1 seasonal key( any gamemode).​

Top 3 ) 2000 gold​

Top 4 ) 1000 gold​

Top 5 ) 2500 Iron ( 30 days validity).​

Top 6 ) 2000 Iron ( 30 days validity).​

Top 7 ) 1000 iron ( 30 days validity).​

This is a example that can be used as a reward system. Rewards can be less or more according to the staff team.​

-1 the rewards are just too op and we will get multiple people at rank 1,2 etc... So people who purchased jartex gold and iron will get mad.

it doesnt matter now with like 4000 gold iron you can buy many things so it really is not worth giving so much. And if they removed it for a reason they have removed it the staff arent dumb enough to remove them

Like i gave a suggestion but i am not saying to implement the exact amount
