Prisoner Suit Helmet bug

My friend gifted me an upgraded Prisoner Suit Helmet. It had custom enchants: Intuitive I, Stellar I, and Discount I, along with a 200% beacon upgrade. I was in my cell and right-clicked to upgrade it, but it got placed down in my cell and disappeared from my inventory. When I mined it, it turned into a head named ‘s Head, and all the enchantments were gone; it became just a normal head.
I have lost around 200k exp and custom enchants worth of 10M+ beacons.

I did create a bug report but they said Unfortunately, your bug report has been deemed invalid.
so anyone know any solutions?
