My items disappeared

So, I was afk fir like 10 or 20 minutes at my house, and when I back I was in spawn with my inventory empty, I had dia enchanted armour with templates, dia sword, pickaxe, axe, and shovel, 6 trial keys.
The most important is this, can pls the server do something?

May I ask if you were in spawn when you came back? Or were you in the same spot as before, just without your items.
Also, if you don't have a donator rank, did you lose your XP?
