How To Make Str3 arrows ?

so i've started playing ls from past 4-5 days and i wonder how people are getting str3 arrows ! plz reply if u know how it's made

Hi!
Strength 3 arrows purely depend on ur luck and ur potion level
while brewing strength potions if ur brewing level is maxed out or high
then u may get strength 3 potions
while brewing normal stre2
and when u make a lot of stre2 tipped arrows some of them may become stre3 tipped arrows
u can make a potion of luck 3 by brewing an awkward potion with emerald block and then 2 cryin obi
to increase ur luck while making stre3

also can you please tell me which spawners can we get using spawner wrench

Hey!
The higher ur brewing level is the more chances are there of getting stre 3 if u have a lower level still u can get stre 3 but the chances would be very low and for ur 2nd ques
U can break all types of spanners with spawner wrench eg- zombie , spider , blaze , cave spider spanners etc.
