However, if you don't meet the requirements completely, but you're still a strong applicant, we can offer you admission to the Induction Course, which is a 4 weeks training and observation period, which aims to get you prepared for all the responsibilities and requirements to become a Trial.

Trial Rank Requirements
- You must have been part of the network for a minimum of 31 days
- You must have a Discord account with significant activity in the JartexNetwork Discord server
- You must be active in providing assistance (#assistance-chat)
- You must have a good knowledge of server rules
- You must have at least 40 reports submitted on forums
- You must be able to record videos with a resolution of 720p or greater
- You must have no recent punishments on our platform (last 14 days)
- You must have positive reputation with players/staff
- You must use proper grammar and well-structured sentences
- You must not be staff on another server
- Ensure your application is well-written and detailed
- Use proper grammar and spelling
- Be honest and genuine with your responses
- Avoid short or low-effort answers
- Keep your tone professional and respectful
- Keep up with your activity during the time your application is pending
- Do not rush to submit the application - be descriptive and detailed, keep in mind that it shows your effort in becoming a staff member
- Avoid using ChatGPT to write your application instead of you - it's easy to detect and will lead in a denial
- Be patient after submitting your application - it may take a bit longer, and continuously asking for it to be handled will reduce your chances in becoming a staff member
- Don't be discouraged if your application is denied. You'll be given reasons for a denial of your application - make sure to work on improving them, and re-apply when you believe you're ready for it.
