Hello survival players, you may be wondering why I'm typing this thread. Here's your answer.
If you purchased a rank with Jartex Gold or real-life money and noticed that your rank has disappeared, this could be the reason why. Recently on Survival, a player duplicated ranks and distributed them to others. As a result, we removed all of the duplicated ranks. This means that if you had a duplicated rank, you have been reverted back to a normal no-rank status. I know it's sad, but if you had a rank before obtaining the duplicated one, you will need to file a payment issue with proof of purchase. The owners will look into these issues as soon as possible.
