I've decided to return to Prison mode, but i can't return due of being kicked of "having too many packets". how do i solve this problem?

Most common is your ping, check on it and restart your router, the other thing is what you are doing, like standing near a generator or pearl glitching into a block. And the last thing and I hope not is you are cheating. There is no other reason for what is happening to you.
