Solved WTH is happening

So i cant talk in chat because it says "message could not be sent in chat" but i checked if im muted but i'm not can you please help

There isn't enough detail to help you with your issue. Can you provide a screenshot of which server this occurred on and where it happened in that server? It will be able to help us to solve your issue better!

I believe this has something to do with your minecraft settings, not the server.

This issue is caused as your Chat Settings are set to "Command only". Go into your Minecraft game, "Options" > "Chat Settings" And set "Chat:" to "Shown" to fix this problem.
