If it is claimed base I recommend making more walls.

If it is unclaimed base I recommend putting lava around your vault to prevent it getting xray.

I'll give you some tips to help u.
- Claim ur base
- Base wall should be with obsidian so they can't cegg glitch in.
- Put Water in walls.
- If you don't have a rank voucher or silk touch command buy it and start mining spawners before going off!
