Witch Spawners

How do I get the witch spawners? Some weeks ago I saw someone have an witch spawner and when killed they dropped swiftness potion or Regeneration potion I was curious and checked the shop and it wasn't there

The witch spawners from mystery spawner crates were supposed to be removed, but they have been up for seasons, so to access them, you have to get the mystery spawner crate that you can get from Gkits. It's usually rare to get a witch spear, but opening the crates is the only way to get one and not from the shop.​
