why the player getting ban for the fault of jartex ?

According to jartex coal mine is opened to use at lvl 14 and iron mine is opened to use at lvl 16 and if the players are caught mining in there with even same level then they are banned my the staff team by stating the reason - '' bug abuse '' .

how is that a bug , can any staff member explain me ? if it is a bug then why haven't u guys mentioned it anywhere ? like because of it some innocent players are also getting banned who don't even know that it's a bug and u can get banned for it .

also why u guys are even banning them u can just send them a warning of bug abuse stating the reason(until the bug is not fixed) , so that they can get aware of the bug .

Why? Coz they are all 12 yr kids leaving devs.
And Devs And Owner Only Want To Gain Money. Above Stated Issue Is Totally a False Ban Coz If Someone Is New To The Game How Is He Supposed To Know That?
