Why is the discord server main chat unavailable?

Hello I am on the discord chat and I see its unavailable. I read something about an account being hacked but I dont understand why the Chat was off right now so if anyone could explain, it would be apreciated!

The server is currently facing an issue, players have been banned due a technical issue. Until everything has been sorted out the chat will be locked.
