Solved Why do some people have black names in forums?

I was recently in a conversation with Jax AKA Jax_God_1966 He now has a black name why is that so?

When you have 15 or more active warn points on forums, you will be banned/suspended. Jax got banned and when a member gets banned/suspended on forums, his name turns black.

His name was turned black because jartex is racist and when he got black names his perms were gone so that means jartex is confirmed racism by this act they mean "black people have no rights" #FreeJax

Is he perm banned or even 1 day bans apply

When the user reaches a total amount of 15 warnings, a 31 days ipban will be applied.
