Why can’t I Allie

Whenever I try to ally another faction.It shows you can’t set anymore allies.I don’t even have one ally.Tell me why this is happening and how to fix it.I’ve been trying all day

But you can still un-officially ally with factions, There are 2 ways you can unofficially ally with a faction the first is in a PvP-sense. and secondly, Base-sense, It's kind of where you don't raid them, and they won't raid you. the 2nd ally option is only really effective if your faction is big. also All of these is completely allowed as long as both factions doesn't help each other when one is being raided or is raiding.
