Make a team of staff that can help new player know about rule of the server in game because some new players dont know where's the rule, which mod is allowed to use.​

maybe u can modify this a bit, like maybe everytime someone asks for a mod that's not in the mods list, they add it to the list so they avoid people asking about the same mod twice
