Help me, Why is my friend list white, and is your friend list white too?
and also people chat white too how do i fix this?????

Try using a different texture pack, as it might cause this issue.
Try using a different launcher since you are using salwyrr
Double check chat settings in minecraft and ensure you have the color option on
Ensure you are not using any salwyrr chat mod that may cause this issue
