Whilst in Parties reserve the player count needed to allow users with people in their party in.​

Description:

I was playing a game of Skywars with a friend and I got kicked back to the lobby due to the lobby being full, I couldn't play with him that round but we were able to skip to the next round after so it wasn't that much of an inconvenience.

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This isn't even a suggestion to begin with, it's a bug so report it here

I agree, if a particular lobby is full, let's say, 8/9 players and you are in a party with a total of 2 or even more members. You will be directed to a new lobby instead of letting in one of the party members and the rest remaining members kicked to the lobby.
